Mirror Mirror on the Wall
The effect I was after was a completely black mirror finish case, apart from the chrome logos, that became "alive" when powered up.
Time to switch on. Here you can see the obligatory stealthed CD and floppy drives complete with fibre optic activity lights.
The case has a mirror finish which plays havoc with my digital camera's metering system! Close-up of the large chrome biohazard etch.
The intake grill is "embedded" into the case front and the fan is a 80mm fan painted blue. The small front logo is normally chrome...
It then turns red during HDD activity and lights up blue when the PC is switched on, as does the power button.
